Description:  Class XP-21 (XPJ-21, XPLJ-21) (type 2) wagons entered service between 1985 and 1986 and are designed to transport petrol or diesel oil (Ethyl acetate in this case). They have offset turrets, with the turret to the left of centre when observing the wagon from the A side.

Number range 38 044 005 to 38 047 306 (apparently more, like this one, were produced later up into the 38 049 000 range), Length between couplers 17.384m, Length over headstocks 16.406m, Length between bogie pivot centres 13.510m, Height 3.947m, Width 2.950m, Tank diameter 2.725m, Tare (average) 26,600kg, Load 47,400kg, Capacity 73,670l (full), 64,330l (petrol) or 55,980l (diesel oil).
