Description:  Class XV-6 (XVJ-6) wagons entered service in 1972 and are designed to transport liquid petroleum gas, propane and similar products (Liquid petroleum gas in this case). This one went poof.... Unfortunately I have no details about the circumstances that caused its present condition.

Number range 46 014 284 to 46 014 543 (46 014 284 to 46 014 497 were converted from Class XM-8 in 1984), Length between couplers 14.600m, Length over headstocks 13.716m, Length between bogie pivot centres 10.816m, Height 3.886m, Width 2.920m, Tank diameter 2.610m, Tare (average) 27,750kg, Load 29,090kg (petroleum gas) or 27,060kg (propane), Capacity 59,090l (full), 54,950l (petroleum gas) or 54,040l (propane).
