Description:  Class SCM-15 (SCML-15) wagons entered service in 1990. Reclassified from Class SM-13, each wagon carries two (1 x 20ft and 1 x 40ft) or three 20ft containers purpose built as car transporters. They are flat wagons with solid decks and retractable twistlocks designed to transport 12 x 5ft, 6 x 10ft, 3 x 20ft or 1 x 40ft containers or combinations of these sizes. They run in consists of five drawbar coupled wagons.

Number range 23 922 192 to 23 923 261 and more (this wagon is numbered outside that range), Length over headstocks 18.322m, Length between bogie pivot centres 15.422m, Deck height 1.090m, Width 2.438m, Tare (average) 20,000kg, Load 43,000kg, Deck area 41.3m3.
