SAR Blue Train B Carriage, Side B         
This B Carriage was originally built as a Type C-4 carriage for the Blue Train with an interior layout of, from the right, the attendant's toilet and coupe, two compartments to sleep two each, two coupes to sleep one each, two compartments to sleep two each, one coupe to sleep one, and a passengers toilet. After a collision at Deelfontein on 26 October 2005 it was rebuilt into a Deluxe carriage with, from the right, a butler’s cabin, three twin bed suites with en-suite showers and toilets, and one double bed suite with with an en-suite bath and toilet. Side B is the passage side. In the 2005 Set 751 it was no. 8 in the train.
SAR Type C-4. Number range 8011 to 8020. Length over headstocks 20.320m. Height 3.912m. Width 2.896m.
