L523 Rolling To A Stop         
L523, with CN 9515 (GP40-LW) and IC 3123 (GP40R) in charge, slows to a stop in Strobe siding in Fox Crossing, WI. L523 normally completes its work unopposed on the Fox River Sub, but due to A447 being in North Oshkosh and having no work in Neenah today, a meet was set to allow A447 overtake and complete its journey to Green Bay, WI.
