SAR Class SF-1 (Side A)         
Class SF-1 (SFJ-1) wagons entered service between 1962 and 1968. They are bulkhead flat wagons that were converted from Class B-2 wagons between 1980 and 1981 and are designed to transport profile steel. They are equipped with stanchions and one bulkhead that can be affixed in two alternative positions at one end of the wagon, and they run in sets of two resulting in one articulated loading deck stretching across both wagons. This set's bulkheads are absent.
