SAR Blue Train Power Car, Side A         
Counting from the baggage car, the power car is second in the string of carriages that make up the Blue Train. Side A is the compartment side. The interior layout is, from left, a shower and toilet, a four-bed staff compartment, a control room, a diesel alternator set, two compressors, another diesel alternator set, a five-bed staff compartment, and a shower and toilet. In the 2005 Set 751 it was no. 2 in the train.
SAR Type ASP-1. Number range 348 and 349. Built in 1972. Length over headstocks 20.320m. Height 3.912m. Width 2.896m. To sleep 7.
