Class C-10 (CR-10, CR-12) wagons entered service between 1975 and 1979 and are designed to transport manganese ore. Some were converted from Class C-3, C-4 and C-7 iron ore wagons between 1989 and 1990 by raising the sides, while others were built full size. The type 3 wagons have channel iron bulkhead braces with wrap-around ends and were built full size.
