Class V-9 (VL-9) wagons entered service between 1976 and 1981 and are goods guard's vans that used to run at the end of goods trains. Side A is the stove side and the cabin layout is, from left, a seat on each side next to a wall periscope, a stove on the A side and a toilet on the B side.
