Namibia Class FP-4 (Type 3, Side B)         
Class FP-4 wagons entered service on the South African Railways between 1973 and 1974 and are two door wagons designed to transport parcels. Most were inherited by TransNamib (the Namibian Railways) upon that country's independence in 1990. The type 3 wagons have roof hatches and end ladders up to slightly above roof level.
