SAR Sheathed Sleeper Coach (1st & 2nd Class, Side B)         
This combined first and second class coach is painted in a MOW livery and has a sheathed wooden body with squared roof peaks and a closed vestibule at each end. Side B is the passage side and its interior layout is, from the right, a vestibule, a toilet amd a bedding cuboard with a door into the passage, two four-bed 1st Class compartments, two two-bed 1st Class coupes, three six-bed 2nd Class compartments, a three-bed 2nd Class coupe, a toilet and a bedding cuboa|d with a door into the passage, and a vestibule.

SAR Type D-32, Built 1955, Number range 1982 to 2077 and 8501 to 8605 (this one was renumbered to Z14240 in MOW service), Length over headstocks 63' 5), Height 12' 5 3/16", Width 9' 3", To seat 18 1st Class and 21 2nd Class, To sleep 12 1st Class and 21 2nd Class.
